Who can host a Heart Gallery?

Any business or organization can host a gallery. We’d love to discuss how to utilize your space to host a gallery that meets your needs. As we partner with you to share each child’s story, our priority is that it is shown with thoughtfulness and dignity. We want each picture to show an individual who is a real child in our community who needs a forever family.

What are the space requirements?

We can customize the gallery display to fit the space you have available, including permanent wall galleries, portable displays, and digital displays.

How much does it cost to host the Heart Gallery?

There is no cost to host a gallery. It is because of the generosity of others that we are able to provide this to you and collaboratively raise awareness to help children waiting for adoption find their forever families.

How long will a Heart Gallery be at my location?

The duration of the display is completely up to you! We customize the length of stay to suit your location’s needs.

Who is responsible for a Heart Gallery Display?

Where will the Gallery be on display?
Please let us know which type of gallery would work best for your location/organization/event.

Easel Display — Our lightweight pop-up display is perfect for events and smaller venues. It features canvas portraits that easily fit on easels, making it suitable for showcasing anything from a single portrait to a collection of youth awaiting adoption in our region. Easel displays are ideal for short-term or one-day presentations.

Wall Display — Our wall exhibit can be set up as either a temporary or permanent installation on a blank wall, similar to an art gallery setting. We work closely with your team to identify the best space within your building and handle all logistics related to the installation.

A-Frame Display — Our A-Frame Folding Sign is a versatile and portable installation, making it an excellent choice for smaller venues and events where space is limited. This display features beautifully printed portraits arranged in a gallery-style layout on a high-quality poster, protected by a durable glass covering. The A-Frame design allows for easy setup and movement, ensuring that your exhibit can be placed in the most impactful location.

Virtual Display — Our virtual exhibits are versatile and typically centered around a monitor or smart TV, showcasing Heart Gallery portraits of children along with their names and QR Codes liking to their bio pages. We can provide the electronic files, ready for your use. Depending on the duration of the display at your venue, our team will provide monthly updates to the photos ensuring that the exhibit remains fresh and up-to-date with the latest portraits.
